During the Civil War, this farm was in the middle of the battlefield area where the Confederate assault, known as "Pickett's Charge" occurred. Codori's house was converted into a Catholic chapel, full of wounded soldiers. Later, in 2005, the Hodges family purchased this home and renovated it into an inn. The sounds of battle, soldiers shuffling, visual phenomena, orbs and a sense of presence are experienced here. |
