Bay Oaks Development
	This new development was built upon a historical site where it is believed Indians massacred a small village of Dutch settlers. Indian artifacts are discovered in the new lots. Unexplainable cold spots and a sense of presence are felt throughout this entire area. Also, balls of light streak across rooms, only to disappear into walls. There was one interesting case of a spirit actually applying pressure to an individual's neck in an effort to choke him while sleeping.

	Two spirit entities haunt this building. One in the engineer's room and the other roams everywhere else. Apparently, one of these spirits is considered evil, the other good. 	The site of the very first battle of the Revolutionary War. A Delaware militia was attempting to delay the British army in order to allow General Washington's forces time to escape Philadelphia. 	This two-hundred year old building harbors many unsettled spirits. Dishes are thrown, screams are heard, domino pieces float above their game boards, and numerous other occurrences happen here. Those who have investigated this location have discovered her name is Jamie and she is a seven year old apparently looking for her mother. Also, several other adult spirits roam behind these walls, muttering and occasionally screaming. Not much is known about the location or history of this site.

	Witnesses have reported seeing a drunken gentleman in 18th century period clothing, drink or tip unattended wine glasses. Apparently, this location was interconnected with the underground railroad and there are reports of chain-rattling noises emanating from the basement. On the outer grounds, a girl in a red dress is seen playing in the garden area.
